Customer journey maps quickly provide the team with clarity on the key ideas in the transformation and help visualise the future state. Future scenario planning emerges as a powerful tool for clients, allowing them to envision possible futures and adapt accordingly. This process encourages the consideration of different perspectives during workshops. The visual elements effectively complement dense information from supporting documents, while large posters enable notes to be added by workshop participants. As a visualisation expert, producing a one-page future state vision assists stakeholders in imagining the future. The key points are distilled and illustrated in a collaborative manner. Creating the visual is an iterative process that involves close collaboration with the client, evolving as new stages are achieved and fresh perspectives arise. This is why visualisation works effectively.
